VFX Digital Assets Coordinator Needed for Warner Bros Feature Film

We are on the hunt for an organised and detail orientated Digital Assets Coordinator to join our fast paced VFX production team on a large international feature film.

The role will be based full time in our VFX post-production office at Park Road Post in Wellington. We are looking for people with excellent communication skills and a passion for VFX and film. This a great opportunity to work with an experience global VFX crew and an incredible creative team on a dynamic and face paced film.

The Digital Assets Coordinator role is responsible for:

• Enforcing and maintaining digital assets structures and processes for the VFX department
• Maintaining VFX server and ingesting all incoming assets
• Implementing and maintaining ShotGrid structure and tools
• Tracking digital content and on-set data required for shot/asset turnovers
• Prepping deliveries to external vendors
• Archiving assets for studio/wrap

Required Experience/Skills:

• ShotGrid or similar VFX database experience is required
• Experience managing a large server structure

Contract Dates: May 13th 2024 through to approx. February 2025
