Notable Pictures is looking for an experienced production manager. The ideal candidate will be calm and collected and ready to work across multiple productions at the same time. 

 

They will be solutions-focused and enjoy the fast-changing nature of documentary planning and filming. We want someone who is proactive in sorting out any issues or late changes that may arise and keep things moving forward for a positive outcome. Experience managing budgets is a must-have.

 

As this role will manage multiple productions, time management and attention to detail is vital. It will require liaising with talent and crew and an understanding of the post-production process in order to oversee post-production schedules and post-production finishing. 

 

We are a small crew so expect the chance to dive in and assist other members of the team as required.  It is an opportunity to contribute and learn.

 

Other key skills that will help you in the job:

  • Excellent positive communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • A good understanding of Health and Safety regulations and COVID-19 filming procedures.
  • Experienced with documentary or factual television
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with processing invoices
  • Understanding of camera equipment and lighting
  • Experience delivering to broadcasters and platforms

 

Role to start end Feb/early March through to mid-year.
