How do I change the email address I use to log in to Crewlist?

Changing your email address can be done by visiting Settings > Email & Mobile > Change Email Address. You will need to enter a new email address and your password to confirm this change. An authentication code and link will be sent to this email address to confirm that this address is correct.

All future communications from us via email will be sent to this new email address.

Why do I need to authenticate my email address and mobile number?

Absolutely. While your email address is only visible to other Crewlist members, you may not want to receive communications via email.

To disable email address sharing on your profile simply visit Settings > Email & Mobile and disable the Share my email address on my profile option.

How do I share a different email address on my Crewlist profile from the one I use to log in to my account?

Sharing an alternate email address on your profile is incredibly simple. Go to Settings > Email & Mobile and enable the Use an alternative contact address option. Enter the alternative email address you would like to use and save your changes to confirm this new address.

This alternative email address does not require authenticating, so please make sure you enter this address correctly.

Can I choose to not share my email address on my Crewlist profile?

How do I change the mobile number I used to create my Crewlist account?

Changing your mobile number can be done by visiting Settings > Email & Mobile > Change Mobile Number. You will need to enter a valid mobile number and your password to confirm this change. An authentication code will be sent to this mobile number to confirm that this number is correct.

Why do I need to authenticate my email address and mobile number?
