How do I log into my Crewlist account?

To log into your Crewlist account follow these steps:

Make sure you are logged out.
Go to crewlist.co or use the Crewlist login field in the top right of your screen.
Enter the email address and password you used to create a Crewlist account.
Click Log in.

How do I create a Crewlist account?

I can't remember the email address that I use to log into Crewlist.

We recommend that your use your primary personal email address when you create your Crewlistaccount. This will generally prevent you from forgetting your email address in the future.

You can also change the email address that you use to log into Crewlist here.

If you cannot remember the email address that you use to log into Crewlist please enter your details below and we will send you an SMS with the email address of your Crewlist account.

I can't remember my password.

We recommend that your use a password that contains a combination of upper- and lower-case letters and numbers. Use a password that is unique to your Crewlist account, but easy for you to remember.

If you've forgotten your password, enter the email address you use to log into Crewlist and we will send you a link to reset your password.

I can't access the email address that I use to log into Crewlist.

If your email address has been compromised, but you are still able to log in to Crewlist we highly recommend that you change the email address you use to log in to Crewlist. An authentication email will be sent to your new email address so that we are able to confirm that this address is correct.

If you are unable to access your Crewlist account but your email address is still linked to this account you can regain access by resetting your password. Enter the email address linked to your Crewlist and we will send you a link to reset your password.

If you are unable to access your Crewlist account and the email address and/or mobile details of you account have been changed by another party, please contact us immediately at support@crewlist.co.nz. We will endeavour to return your account access to you as soon as possible, following a security verification process.

How do I deactivate my Crewlist account?

Deactivating your account is a reversible method of hiding your profile page and preventing login access to your account. You will not actively appear on Crewlist, but your credits on projects will remain. Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current month.

You can deactivate your account by visiting Advanced > Deactivate Account and entering your password to confirm that you want to deactivate your account.

What happens to my personal information when I deactivate my account?

I deactivated my Crewlist account. How do I reactivate it?

If you deactivated your Crewlist account and would like to reactivate it this can be done by re-authenticating your email address. Enter the email address linked to your Crewlist and we will send you a link to reactivate your account.

How do I log out of Crewlist?

If you disable the "Keep me logged in" option when you log in, you will be logged out each time you close your browser.
You can also manually log out by clicking the Log Out button at the bottom left of your screen.
