Synopsis

Former prize-fighter, Soane ‘The Shark’ Valu
had the world at his feet until he lost it all. The
fallen boxing hero shunned his family after losing a shot at the World Heavyweight Boxing title in America.

Too fakama (embarrassed) to come home, Soane stays away for over 15 years. Haunted by his father’s spirit, Soane knows he must return home to South Auckland only to find out his father has indeed passed on.

Deciding to stay in Aotearoa, he attempts to reconnect with loved ones: his mother and his three children he left behind.

Failing to rekindle relationships with his family, he pursues to uncover the mystery behind why this spirit continues to haunt him.
